Welcome to CNY FreeRide Wake Camp – Summer on Cayuga Lake
We’re excited to welcome you to an unforgettable summer on the water at Myers Park, located on the beautiful shores of Cayuga Lake.
This year, we’re taking progression and experience to the next level with our brand new 2025 Tigé Wake Boat—designed to deliver world-class waves and wakes for riders of all ability levels.
What to Expect
Our Wake Camp is built for athletes ages [12-18], from first-time riders to advanced wakeboarders and wakesurfers. Whether you’re learning to stand up for the first time or dialing in tricks, our coaching staff is here to help you progress in a safe, high-energy environment.
Daily Experience
- Start the morning with dry land training
- Acquire nautical experience
- On-water professional coaching sessions (wake surfing & wakeboarding)
- Small group rotations for maximum ride time
- Personalized instruction focused on progression
- Video feedback and coaching breakdowns
- Off-water training, games, and team-building

Our 2025 Tigé Wake Boat provides
- Thanks to an amazing partnership with FLX Marine we have the perfect surf boat
- Customizable surf waves for all skill levels
- Premium ballast system for consistent wakes
- Epic sound system
- Advanced control technology for precision driving
- Comfortable, high-capacity seating for crew and athletes that hosts 18 riders
- Stadium seating on the stern
- Large swim platform
This means more time riding, better waves, and faster progression.

Safety First
Your athlete’s safety is our top priority:
- USCG-approved life jackets required at all times
- Wakeboard helmets and mouth guards advised for inverts
- Experienced, certified drivers and coaches
- CPR, CDC Head Contusion, Background check, SafeSport
- Strict on-water safety protocols
- Weather monitoring and session adjustments as needed

- Lunch 30-45min on shore lunch/bathroom break

Private Coaching Session

Wakeboarding and wakesurfing takes time to build competency. Our boat charter and instruction pricing structure is reasonable and covers the boat, gas, gear rental, along with instruction and the driver. Your instructors and drivers are highly trained and experienced in boardsports instruction and use best practices in tow sports.
Personalized Attention for Maximum Progress
We pride ourselves on creating an optimal learning environment. To ensure personalized attention and ample practice time, we limit the number of participants in each session based on duration (time). This structure allows each student to benefit from a relaxed atmosphere and hands-on learning, which are crucial for building confidence and honing skills.
- 1-Hour Lesson ($595): Ideal for individuals or pairs. Dive into the basics or refine your techniques with personalized coaching.
- 2-Hour Lesson ($795): Perfect for groups of up to two to three, providing a balance of instruction and practice for everyone.
- 4-Hour Session ($1095):Our most extensive session, recommended for four to six riders, allows everyone plenty of time behind the boat.
